We accept payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) using this secure online order form for orders in UK pounds sterling.

After having received your shipping information from us then please complete form with up to 9 order items and submit by clicking the Pay button at the end of this form. This will take you to the payment entry screen, where you will be able to enter your address and credit card details.
Please note : If you are paying by credit card then initially, your credit card is authorized only, which means that you will not be charged until your porcelain is available and the delivery time has been set. When we receive your order we will confirm this information and we will advise you either by email or telephone the status of your order. If your porcelain is available, we will complete the credit card transaction and delivery will be completed within the time designated. If your porcelain is unavailable and needs to be manufactured then the delivery time may take up to 6 weeks. In this event you will only be charged a 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid prior to shipping.
Please note also : For your protection the address provided in the billing information above will be compared to your credit card billing address. Both addresses must be the same to ensure that the credit card verification process is completed successfully.

Email Confirmation :
You will receive confirmation by email that your order was received together with a confirmation number. After the package has been delivered, you will receive another email confirmation telling you when the package was delivered and who signed for it.

Capodimonte Limited cannot accept liability for payment of customs or excise duties or import taxes.
Whilst Capodimonte Limited shall make every effort to ensure the porcelain arrives in perfect condition, any claims for damaged goods should be made immediately and directly to Capodimonte Limited within five working days of receipt of goods.
