Capodimonte Porcelain Figurine No. A200038 "The School Mistress" from the Augustus II Collection was shipped from Italy on a Thursday and received on the following Monday.
This was a special gift for a special occasion. Having never purchased anything over the net before I was quite wary. I checked various references and comments provided not only on the Capodimonte web site but other sources.
All feedback was positive. Dr. Duncan French was exemplary in his commitment to customer service. This included numerous faxes, emails and long distance phone calls initiated by himself from Italy. Due to some extenuating circumstances totally out of his control Dr. French gave me his personal work and home phone number. I would purchase from Capodimonte Ltd again. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan French and Capodimonte Ltd.
By the way the figurine - Absolutely stunning.

After placing the order I was updated very regularly on the progress of the order. I also received a phone call from Mr French informing me that the ornament had been despatched as well as guidelines on how to unwrap the package. During the call Mr French took time to explain how the ornament was made. The ornament was wrapped to a very high standard. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone.
